We currently offer our Foundation Stage program for children aged 5 to 6. Additional programs for higher year levels may be introduced progressively as the academy grows.

We follow the Mindcraft Curriculum, our own carefully designed framework inspired by leading educational approaches worldwide. It is structured, holistic, and built around genuine understanding rather than exam preparation.

Mindcraft is a structured, full-time program that follows a consistent daytime schedule. It works best as a child's primary learning option rather than a supplementary class. That said, families may choose to use it alongside other arrangements depending on their situation. If you are unsure, get in touch and we can talk it through with you.

Mindcraft Learning Academy is an independent academy. We are not affiliated with a specific national board. We provide a holistic and structured learning experience designed to build strong academic foundations, and we are transparent about this from the start.

Our program is designed to provide a consistent learning experience over an extended period, which is important for building strong foundations. If shorter access is needed, the full program fee would still apply, but your child will continue to have access to all learning materials for the complete duration — allowing them to continue learning at their own pace even beyond active participation.

Yes, but it is simple and informal. We conduct a brief assessment to understand your child's current level. This is not a pass-or-fail test — it is a way to make sure your child gets the right support and starts in the right place.

All classes are live and interactive, ensuring active participation and engagement. Children take part in real time, ask questions, and are known by their teachers. Pre-recorded lessons are not part of our program.

For the Foundation Stage, children typically engage in around 3 to 4 hours of structured learning each day. This includes:

• Structured practice using Mindcraft Activity Books
• Activity-based and life skills learning
• Independent learning and reinforcement tasks

The schedule includes both on-screen and off-screen time, keeping children engaged without overwhelming them.

Assignments are designed to be simple, meaningful, and age-appropriate. Children will complete:

• Guided practice in their Mindcraft Activity Books
• Short tasks and worksheets based on the lesson
• Small project-based activities
• Practical tasks that involve real-life thinking and creativity

All assignments are structured to reinforce learning without overwhelming the child.

Life skills are integrated through interactive and practical activities such as:

These help children build confidence, communication, independence, and decision-making skills naturally and engagingly.

We closely monitor every child throughout the year. When we notice a child needs more support in a particular area, we step in with additional one-to-one guidance and attention. No child quietly falls behind here.

Our fee structure is based on the program level and learning plan. It includes live structured classes, the Mindcraft Learning Pack of activity books and resources, and continuous assessments and progress tracking. Fees may vary slightly depending on your region. We recommend getting in touch directly so we can give you accurate information based on your child's situation.

Yes. Course fees can be paid in full or spread across convenient instalments such as seasonal term-based or bi-yearly plans. The options available may depend on your region and the program level. Please contact us and we will guide you through the plans that apply to you.

At the Foundation Stage and Junior Academy levels, your child receives a detailed end-of-year progress report covering all subjects taught. This report can be shared with schools and institutions worldwide for admissions purposes.

Your child can use any device that supports Microsoft Teams or Google Classroom. This includes:

• A laptop or desktop computer (recommended)
• A tablet or iPad
• A smartphone for basic access if needed

Minimum requirements: Android 8.0 or above, or iOS 13 or above. A stable internet connection is essential. We recommend a laptop or tablet for the most comfortable learning experience.

No prior technical knowledge is needed. We guide children step by step, and the platforms we use are simple and easy to navigate even for beginners. Families receive support to get set up and comfortable before classes begin.

If your child cannot attend a session due to internet or connectivity issues, let us know through the Mindcraft learning platform. We will provide access to a recording of that session so your child can catch up and continue without missing important content. Learning continues without gaps even when the unexpected happens.

The platform is designed to be simple, structured, and easy to use for both students and parents. It provides access to lesson resources and materials, assignments and activity guidance, and progress updates and feedback. Parents can follow their child's learning journey and stay in contact with teachers at any point.

There are no traditional pen-and-paper exams. We use a combination of:

• Continuous skill-based observation throughout the year
• Quizzes and short check-ins
• Project-based assessments
• Structured progress reports

This gives a clear and complete picture of each child's development without exam pressure.
